Shine On Award!

I received the Shine On Award from not one, but two very Awesome Bloggers!

The wonderful and lovely Emily Guido and The lovely and wonderful Ella Medler!

Now they have told me there are no rules, and I thought, well I could interview myself like Emily did,

or I could tell you three things about me, like Ella did.

Or maybe I could do both!

Interviewing myself would be easy. I ask myself questions all the time.

They say it’s okay to talk to yourself, as long as you don’t answer… Ooops!

I’m not weird, I just have these voices in my head, and I’m sure you have them too! Am I right?

Come on admit it. You know you talk to yourself, too!

But I talk to real people also. I love talking, and joking around. I like to have fun. I like people!

I’m the mom whose teenage son walks either 20 feet in front or behind, pretending he doesn’t know me.

You don’t have teenagers yet? Just wait you’ll get there. 🙂

I’m the one at the party, after two hours, that’s dancing on the table with a lampshade on my head, and I don’t even drink!

It takes me awhile to warm up, but once I get going… LOL!

I have also been spotted skipping through the grocery store parking lot with my 23 year old son skipping right along with me while my oldest son pretends not to know who we are. I am sooo happy at least one of my sons turned out like me.

Well, maybe I am weird, but just a little.

Okay, so I’m weird.

Am I weird?

Of course! Aren’t we all weird in one way or another? It’s what makes us unique!

Do I dance on the table with a lampshade on my head at parties?

(I wasn’t totally truthful on the answer to this one. I don’t actually dance on the table with a lampshade on my head, but I do laugh, and talk too much, say all the wrong things, and make myself look like a total idiot, but dancing on the table just sounded more exotic!)

And yes, I do admit to skipping through parking lots!
