Treat everyday as a new adventure

Wednesday Wonders Welcomes Chris Ward!

Please welcome, Chris Ward, author of  “The Tube Riders” Chris had posted on Goodreads the other day letting us know book two of The Tube Riders will be available in December. I know don’t about you, but I’m looking forward to catching up with all the characters and seeing where this next book will take them. So I thought I’d do a quick interview with Chris and he can tell us a little more about

The Tube Riders, Exile

Hi Chris! The first book in “The Tube Riders” had so many ups and downs and twists and turns, it was like being on a wild  roller coaster ride, will book two, be as  exhilarating?

Exile follows a similar vein, although the setting is far different. While essentially a human story, I wanted it to be as action-packed as possible. I wrote it very much as if I was seeing it as a movie in my head.

Are there only two books in the series or will there be more to come?

Exile is the second book in a trilogy. The final part, The Tube Riders: Revenge is finished and will be published in late December/early January, all being well. There was a long gap of more than 18 months between The Tube Riders and The Tube Riders: Exile, something I really wanted to avoid with Exile and Revenge. During a break in editing Exile, I wrote Revenge. I originally planned to release them on the same day but a month apart works better in terms of promotion.

I really enjoyed the first book. Can you tell us a little bit about the second book, “Tube Riders: Exile”

Marta Banks and the other Tube Riders who survived the end of the first book have escaped to France. Their only plan is to somehow get the video they have been protecting to the government. However, the Governor is not prepared to let them escape so easily, and digs up an old … friendto track them down. Lost in a country they don’t know, they will soon find themselves on the run again. At the same time, Marta discovers something about herself that will change the way she looks at life forever.

And last, but not least; When will The Tube Riders; Exile, be available?

The ebook will be released on December 16th, and the paperback as soon as possible after.

Thank you, Chris.

    • Hi Anna
The first book was excellent! I went and read some of the one and 2 star reviews on Amazon and I was shocked that some people were saying it was boring. Frankly, I thought it was riveting.
